The CXTrendTalks
Running in parallel with the finals, we will have 6 presentations from representatives of great organisations talking about CX. The presentations will be followed by a panel discussion made up of all the presenters, to discuss the state of CX in the region.
How will the sessions work?
The sessions will start around 9 and finish after lunch.
Six 30 minute sessions on the state of CX in the region, with time for questions.
6 CX specialists from the region and beyond will talk about the state of CX in their countries and in the region.
The sessions will be followed by a 30 minute panel discussion. The panel will answer questions from the audience and the chair.
Finalists, non-finalists and judges will be invited to attend.
Keynote Speaker
Spiros Milonas
Founder Krataion Consulting, CCXP
He has a broad commercial experience in areas such as Strategy & Business Development, Sales, and Marketing and has worked in various organizations including Hewlett-Packard, the European Commission, and Sony Ericsson. Before starting Krataion he was Head of Sales for Southeast Europe in Sony Ericsson. He holds a BSc in Business Administration from Athens University of Economics and Business and an MBA from Instituto de Impresa.
